IB Tutoring
AC offers AP and IB tutoring for first- and second-year college courses to high school students. Our AP and IB Tutoring Service is specifically created to tutor exclusively IB and AP students from around Canada, and our tutors are highly qualified.
AP Tutoring
HAC provides high-quality services such as ongoing tutoring and test preparation for our students. Our curriculum assists students in becoming more equipped for an education in a globalising context.
SAT Preparation
The SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) is a standardized test commonly used in the United States for college admissions. The goal of the SAT is to assess a high school student's readiness for college, and provide universities with a single point of comparison for all candidates.
IELTS & TOEFL
Our experienced educators at HAC assist students in learning about the various formats of language proficiency exams and how to properly prepare for them, including reviewing study strategies and rehearsing prior exams for each segment through in-person or online activities.
Youth English
The Youth English programme is designed for students in grades 1 through 6 from all over the world. The curriculum, which is developed by English language and literature professionals, and delivered by native-speaking instructors from North America, enhances children's listening, speaking, vocabulary, and grammatical skills in a fun and engaging environment.
Summer School
Students simply enroll in our summer courses offered at the start of July and August.
Prerequisite Courses
A prerequisite course is one that a student must take before moving on to the next level in the topic. The Ministry of Education establishes prerequisite standards to guarantee that students are adequately equipped to take a course at the next level.
Repeat/Upgrade Courses
Students who have already passed satisfactorily but want to raise their marks can apply for repeat (or upgrade) courses. Students receive the same Ontario (OSSD) credits they first earned for these courses, which have content that is comparable to the course they previously took.
